Faster, Stronger & Cost Effective Solutions for Building Construction!!

Cost Saving

SmartBrix AAC Blocks are 1/3rd the weight of conventional clay bricks, thereby reducing the dead weight of the structure drastically. Studies show a reduction in steel by 15% and cement by 10% if SmartBrix AAC Blocks are used.

High Strength with Low Density

SmartBrix AAC blocks have the compressive strength in the range of 3.5-4N/m2 compared to clay bricks that have just 2.5-3N/m2. The blocks can be efficiently used as a building material for hospitals, schools, high-rises and other structures.

Termite Resistant

Termites hate AAC Blocks! Being made of inorganic minerals it does not promote growth of mould. As the construction material is devoid of organic content, AAC Blocks provides superb resistance against common pests and even moulds.

Leak Proof

The macro pores in SmartBrix AAC structure are uniformly spread all over the blocks. Capillary action is blocked by these pores and absorption of water in AAC blocks is minimal. Regarding water seepage and absorption, AAC blocks are simply excellent.

High Dimensional Accuracy

The automatic manufacturing process gives SmartBrix AAC Blocks an exceptional dimensional accuracy and smooth surface, allowing less thickness of plaster. AAC Products can be easily cut, Drilled and grooved with manual or power tools. This provides higher productivity in sanitary and electrical installations such as pipes or ducts.

Fire Resistant

SmartBrix AAC Blocks are highly recommended for use in areas where fire safety is required. As these blocks are fire resistant from 2 to 6 hours depending on the thickness of the wall. It can withstand fire up to 1200°C. The material is designed to withstand fire up to 1200°C. Cellular air pockets contribute to the thermal transmittance which is 60% of the clay brick.

Thermal Insulation

SmartBrix AAC Blocks provides sound insulated interiors, keeping out warm air in summers and cold air in the winters. It also reduces air conditioning costs by 30% while providing the highest thermal rating in the industry.

Thermal insulation properties is one of the greatest benefits from using SmartBrix AAC Blocks, as the SmartBrix Block wall helps maintain distinct internal and external temperatures saving energy costs.

Earthquake Resistant

The manufacturing process gives the AAC blocks commendable strength, maintaining its light weight property. This makes the buildings earthquake resistant and gives it a longer life.

The impact of earthquake forces on a structure is proportional to the weight of the structure. Being light weight and long-lasting, AAC Blocks provide excellent resistance to earthquake forces.

Energy Efficient

When it comes to thermal rating, SmartBrix AAC blocks are ahead of the substitutes. The blocks are walling material of choice now in LEED certified constructions. Usage of AAC blocks in India may result in averting 200mn tones of CO2 emissions into environment. This translates into a saving of $20 Billion every year.

Ease of Working

A major advantage of SmartBrix AAC Blocks is that it is very easy to use and work with. Common wood-cutting tools such as saws, drills etc. can be used on the blocks.
